Edible Canada Founder, Eric Pateman, and his retail team hand select all products to ensure that they align with their company values and mission of supporting local. Products range from quintessentially Canadian goodies like Maple Syrup from Quebec and Smoked Salmon off the West Coast to more exclusive items like flavoured sea salt (most popularly bacon and truffle) and the line of spices from celebrity chef Vikram Vij.   The store features products from coast to coast, but focuses mainly on BC offering a selection of distinct items from Northern BC to the Okanagan and over to Vancouver Island.
